About This Website

This site is run by Faye Wilson-The Chronic Crafter, based in the UK. It includes:

• A blog with posts and free tutorials

• An online shop selling physical and digital products

• Email sign-ups for updates, news, and offers

 

Using This Website

You may browse, read, and enjoy the content here for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of the content, tutorials, or products without permission. The website is "read only" for visitors – there’s no option to post comments or upload content.

Products & Orders

Physical Products

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

• I’ll aim to dispatch your items promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products & Classes

• Due to the nature of digital downloads and made-to-order classes, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

• Please make sure you check the product details carefully before purchasing.

Payments

Payments for classes and tutorials can be made in the following ways:

• Bank Transfer

• PayPal

• Cash 

• Cheque

• Buy Me a Coffee

Payments for products can be made in the following ways:

• Via Debit or Credit card, if the goods are ordered via Stampin' Up!

Bookings for all classes (Online and in person) will close 14 days prior to the start of the class, unless otherwise stated. Payments for all classes must be received at least 14 days in advance of the class, if payment is not received at least 14 days in advance, then I will be unable to send you products for the class. This deadline is to allow time for me to order and receive the goods, and arrange for them to be delivered to you.

Email Sign-ups

If you join my mailing list, I’ll use your email address to send you updates, offers, and crafting inspiration. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. I will also share your details with Stampin' Up! in line with my privacy policy, unless you request I do not do this.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including blog posts, tutorials, product designs, photos, and branding – belongs to The Chroinc Crafter (Faye Wilson) unless otherwise stated. Please don’t copy or share without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

I do my best to make sure everything on this website is accurate and safe to use. However, I can’t be held responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that arise from using the site or products.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK courts.
